Peter was having trouble walking due to his excessive weight and a knee problem, so he decided to pay a visit to his GP. He was told that unless he lost weight he would probably be in a wheelchair by the age of 50 and dead by the age of 60!
This shocking news prompted a call to action and Peter made the life-changing decision to contact me.
At the consultation, we discussed plans for the way I wanted him to eat and train. He followed these instructions with total discipline and after 16 weeks the results were phenomenal, losing a staggering 6 stones and looking like a new man.
