Paul is a highly motivating trainer with over 14 years' experience, and he loves to see the clients push themselves and give 100%.
His first experience of teaching physical fitness was whilst training for his black belt in Kung Fu. He enjoyed it so much he enrolled at college to learn more about how the human body works so he could teach others. He has since gained a number of qualifications most significantly REP 3 in personal training.
He still pursues his other interests such as rock and ice climbing and shooting. Paul was the first trainer to join David Fairlamb Fitness and continues to develop new, varied and motivational sessions to inspire and test his clients.
