To have optimum mobility, your body must have stability.
Working 1-to-1 or in a small group setting with a movement specialist to ensure that you are achieving optimum alignment and range of movement in all physical activities.
Stretch and release exercises, supplemented by postural strengthening, can be tailored to meet a client’s needs, focusing on areas of stiffness and weakness that might create small imbalances in the body.
In addressing the way you move, and working to improve posture and alignment, the body can move more freely and efficiently, improving performance and reducing the risk of injury.
