Due to the success of the business, David has enjoyed a large amount of media coverage including press articles, radio and TV work. He has had his own 12-week fitness programme on Tyne Tees Television and is regularly seen on TV and heard on the radio giving advice or highlighting client success stories.
David has his own weekly fitness column in the Newcastle Journal newspaper and Northern Insight Magazine, he also launched the Great North Fitness Revolution and is the founder and trainer of the hugely successful Fit Factor competition, which was mentioned in the House of Commons as a step forward for the health of the Nation.
He has written over 750 published articles in local/national newspapers and magazines covering all areas of health, fitness and wellbeing.
