Group Training

Our Bite Size Fit Factor group sessions, are extremely popular and are based on David's Award Winning Fit Factor successes.

In small groups (max 7 people) clients will undergo a 6-week body transformation in one of our 3 private personal training gyms.

This will include:

  • 2 highly motivational 1-hour sessions per week
  • Body composition statistics every 2 weeks 
  • 6-week SugarCleanLean food plan

Sessions cater for all areas of fitness including weight loss, weight gain, strength, endurance and speed to name a few.
Of course, the mental side is just as important and we always work together to improve clients confidence and self-esteem.

We have sessions from 6 am plus daytime, evening and weekend slots. There are also specific groups for over 60's.

The cost is less than half the price of one to one training.
