Group Training

Our Bite Size Fit Factor group sessions, are extremely popular and are based on David's Award Winning Fit Factor successes.

In small groups (max 10 people) clients will undergo a 6-week body transformation in our private personal training gym.

This will include:

  • 2 highly motivational 45 min sessions per week
  • Body composition statistics week 1 and 6 
  • 6-week SugarCleanLean food plan

Sessions cater for all areas of fitness including weight loss, weight gain, strength, endurance and speed to name a few.
Of course, the mental side is just as important and we always work together to improve clients confidence and self-esteem.

We have sessions from 6 am plus daytime and evening slots. There are also specific groups for over 60's.

The cost is less than half the price of one to one training.

Monday and Thursday 9:15am 'Over 60s' only
Monday 1:00pm and Wednesday 10:00am

Evening Sessions

Monday and Thursday 4:30pm 
Monday and Thursday 5:30pm 
Monday and Thursday 6:30pm 
Monday and Thursday 7:30pm 

Specialised Sessions
Tuesday 06:00 CircuitClimb (combination of the VersaClimber and strength work)
Tuesday 18:15pm P-HIIT (Core related aerobic and stretching work)
