Our New Gym premises allows us to run indoor/outdoor strength sessions.
These sessions gives you a huge range of strength and conditioning exercises suitable for complete beginners up to experienced strength and conditioning athletes.
Just like our Tynemouth Beach Bootcamp, the sessions are designed to suit all and there is no competition in anything we do.
It also gives the opportunity for the more serious athlete to prepare for obstacle races such as tough mudder or rat race. We can also accommodate sessions for specific teams such as rugby, football, cricket etc.
The indoor/outdoor gym includes monkey bars, ropes, tyres, parallel bars, chin and dip machine and sledge to name a few, also as the outside is floodlit, classes can take place all year round.

If you are a current personal training client or attending one of our Bite Size group training sessions cost is £5
