Our Beach Bootcamp workouts are for all!
Each session consists of aerobic and bodyweight exercises designed to suit every fitness level, therefore allows individuals to work at their own pace. There is no competition in anything we do.
Training on the stunning Tynemouth Longsands beach in a group is fun, different and leaves you with that wonderful feel good factor at the end of the session.

|Tuesday||6:45 - 7:30am - moves indoors from October 3rd|
|Thursday||6:45 - 7:30am - moves indoors from October 5th|
