You will also learn various cooking methods whilst working with poultry and fish as well as knife skills such as handling, sharpening and some classic vegetable cuts.
Breakfast, lunch, evening meals, soups, sauces and snacks are all on the menu. Not only will you learn to cook, you will also learn to prepare and freeze in batches to make your life easier.
