To gain lean weight.

What benefits has the Lean Weight Gain training given you?

I have gained 18lbs lean weight yet still lost body fat. I now have more energy and have a balanced and healthy diet.

I never realised how enjoyable training could be.

Peter was under 9 stones when I met him. He has constantly worked hard - but also loves partying. However throughout he has gradually built his lean weight (muscle and water) up by 18 lbs. He now weighs in at over 10 1/2 stones. Peter is a great laugh and a great person.
