The David Fairlamb Fitness team provides you with the highest standard of personal training. Our trainers are dedicated professionals bringing a huge range of experience and qualifications to help clients, throughout the Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas, achieve their health, fitness and well-being goals.

The objectives of our clients are many and varied including weight loss, maintaining good health, body shaping, strength improvement, injury rehabilitation, pre and post pregnancy guidance, feeling more energised and alive, or simply coping with life's stresses. Whatever your goals, we will work with you every step of the way to ensure success.
You will be partnered with the trainer most suited to help you achieve your specific fitness and lifestyle goals. From the initial consultation our highly trained staff will help you set your priorities and create your personal training programme. Sessions will be varied keeping you motivated and focused, with progress being monitored on a regular basis. Your trainer is available 7 days a week from 6am and will endeavour to fit in with your preferred training times.
If you want to train with a friend or partner - that's no problem. We can also conduct our programmes at your home or business premises if that is more convenient to you. And don’t forget our Bootcamp group sessions for adults and kids.
