Swim/Triathlon

After competing for Great Britain for nearly 10 years, Chris hung up his trunks in 2009 and retired from international swimming. After a career which saw him rise to being Double Commonwealth Champion, British Record holder, Commonwealth Record holder, World Medallist, European Medallist and Olympic Finalist, Chris now uses his experience and knowledge to help others achieve their goals and dreams.

Triathlon

It's important that the swimming leg of any triathlon, from short through to long distance, is performed correctly with confidence, control and enough energy to work the bike and the run. This along with your stroke and water fitness is paramount in order to be at your most efficient.

Swimming sessions taken by Chris are designed to challenge, motivate and prepare you to perform at the peak of your swimming ability.

Chris’ personal training expertise also gives him the ability to prepare you for the bike and the run, this alongside his motivational skills will give you the best possible preparation for any triathlon or individual swim, cycle or run event.
