Why did you start training?
I had 3 children between the ages 35 and 41 and was at least 2 stone heavier after being pregnant than prior to having them. I wanted to lose the extra weight, get back some energy and lose the jelly belly!
What benefits has the post natal training given you?
I lost 17lbs very quickly. I feel much more like my old self - confident and lots of energy and regaining my wardrobe
One phrase that sums up the post natal training?
Pleasant break form changing nappies!
Trainer's Comment
Sue has proved that having 3 children (later than the 'norm') does not stop you losing weight quickly and also regaining your figure. She managed these excellent results whilst still giving her children quality time. I believe she will even get into a smaller dress size than before she was first pregnant.
