David's Saturday column in The Journal Newspaper
For the last year we have had our own column in the Journal where David himself has provided a weekly fitness training plan accompanied by video footage of new exercises.
David's training plan covers a broad base of workouts including weight loss, strength, speed, hills, interval and body sculpting exercises. The sessions include fitness tips, discussion on the benefits of a super food (a very popular subject), finishing with a motivational quote.
David has also provided a number of beach workouts, during the summer months, before focussing on the build up and training for the Great North Run.
During the approach to Christmas David will be changing the format to include his top tips for cutting the Christmas bulge and preparing for a healthy 2010!
