In November 2008 Peter came to us, desperate to lose weight. He was 20 stones, sluggish and tired, along with a knee problem which affected his walking. He had low self esteem, little self confidence and he so much wanted to turn his life around.
At the consultation I gave Peter a specific eating plan. He then began training in the gym twice a week as well as attending one of my Beach Bootcamp sessions.
Peter followed the advice implicitly, sticking to his diet plan absolutely and not missing one training session in 4 months. For sheer dedication and commitment I would rank Peter the tops in my 13 years as a personal trainer!

The results of Peter's hard work are almost unbelievable but the before and after pictures tell no lies! Not only does Peter look so different, his fitness levels are incredible. He regularly completes exceptionally tough sessions in the gym and, following his Saturday Beach Bootcamp sessions, he runs up King Edwards Bay steps between 11 - 21 times - an amazing feet considering that's 160 steps per time!!
He also regularly does 8 - 10 mile runs and averages 7 - 8 minutes per mile.
The sluggishness, tiredness and low self esteem have been replaced by a positive, confident person with bundles of energy and a new start in life at 43. As for the knee problem, that disappeared when he lost weight as a result of the training. Peter's complete dedication to following his specified training and diet instructions should give inspiration to all those who wish to lose weight and turn their lives around.
