Why did you start body sculpting training?
To look better and build my back and leg muscles.
What benefits has the body sculpting training given you?
I have got a better shape, increased my muscle definition and also strengthened my knees and lower back. This all gives me greater confidence on the modeling shoots.
One phrase that sums up the body sculpting training?
It is the first time that I have actually enjoyed training.

Jessica's training over the last 2 years has really strengthened her legs and back which were giving her constant pain. It was a mystery to us all that she wouldn't wear skirts because she felt her legs were too thin - I think everyone can see the results now!
