Due to the success of the business, David has enjoyed a large amount of media coverage including press articles, radio and TV work. He has had his own 12-week fitness programme on Tyne Tees Television and is regularly seen on TV giving advice or highlighting client success stories.
David is the fitness expert in the Newcastle Journal newspaper and Real Radio's Fit Factor trainer. He has written over 150 articles many with accompanying videos. These include training schedules for the Great North Run, a series on specific training and nutritional advice, top to toe exercises and the very popular 'fat attack circuits'.
David also trains Mark Allison ’Run Geordie Run’ who ran 3100 miles in 100 days across America and has written numerous articles before, during and after his epic run. He has also had a number of TV and radio interviews about Mark's run offering advice to others. Currently David is helping to prepare Mark to run across Australia in October 2013.
