Why did you start training?

I wanted to improve my 400m and 800m times and push towards my goal, attaining an England vest.

What benefits has the athletics training given you?

It has helped me build speed, strength and endurance. I am also working on my mental strength and attitude which is crucial in any sport, especially individual events.

One phrase that sums up the training?

Positive and tough which it needs to be to improve.
