Personal Training

Personal training at David Fairlamb Fitness takes place in one of his two private personal training gyms. Training can only take place with one of David’s trainers, therefore, all clients work on a one on one basis with their own designated trainer. There is no gym membership.

Following your initial free consultation and physical analysis, we will design your own wellness, fitness and nutrition programme which will include results from our physiotherapist.Your programme design will specific, challenging and progressive with regular monitoring..

During each workout your lifestyle and well-being issues can be discussed in order for you to strive and achieve your goal.

At the end of workout we want you to leave feeling positive and invigorated.
